📊 New Amazon Reports Unlock ASIN-Level Targeting Just in Time for Prime Day

Amazon has significantly upgraded its Demographic and Market Basket Analysis (MBA) reports, providing sellers with tools to understand better their audience at the ASIN level for upcoming sales events like Prime Day (July 8–11).

Key Updates:

  • Demographics by ASIN: Access customer breakdowns (age, gender, income, etc.) for each product.

  • Improved MBA Insights: Identify products frequently bought together to create effective bundles and ad campaigns.

  • Integrated Strategy Potential: Align product bundling and campaigns with actual customer behavior.

  • Audience-Specific Opportunities: To tailor messaging, discover segments like Gen Z or married professionals.

This data-driven approach allows you to optimize your Sponsored Brands (SB), Sponsored Display (SD), and Sponsored Brand Video (SBV) campaigns based on real buyer profiles. Analyze your reports now to build targeted campaigns that maximize your advertising effectiveness.

🆕 Amazon Tests “Final Sale – No Returns” Tag on Select Products

Amazon has quietly introduced a new label—“Final Sale – No Returns”—for certain discounted items. These products are marked in search results, indicating to shoppers that purchases are non-refundable.

Key updates:

  • New “Final Sale” Tag: This label appears in search listings and on product pages, currently seen only on 1P (Amazon Retail) products.

  • No-Return Policy: Shoppers are informed upfront that these discounted items are non-returnable.

  • Potential Impact on Performance: Products with this tag may experience a decline in click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR) due to the perceived risk for customers.

This update may help Amazon clear inventory, but sellers should monitor its impact on shopper behavior. A wider use of the “Final Sale” label could shape purchasing decisions, especially in trust-sensitive categories, potentially affecting your performance positively or negatively.

📲 Amazon Expands Advertising Tools with New Creator Collaboration Feature

Amazon has introduced Creator Connections, a new feature within the Advertising tab of Seller Central. This tool is designed to help brands collaborate easily with content creators to enhance product visibility and reach.

What’s new:

  • Direct access to creators: Connect with Amazon Associates who can showcase your products in their content.

  • Simple collaboration terms: You can offer a one-time payment or a commission, and creators can choose whether to accept the terms.

  • Fast and flexible process: no back-and-forth negotiations, no content approvals, and a 24-hour window to adjust or cancel your offer.

  • Bonus: Amazon may provide starter credits to help you get started (eligibility criteria apply).

With minimal setup required and a built-in network of creators, this tool offers a fresh avenue for driving brand awareness and sales, eliminating the usual challenges of influencer marketing

💻 New UI Changes Spotted on Amazon SERPs Ahead of Prime Day

Amazon is testing new customer experience (CX) features in the Everyday Essentials section of early Prime Day search results. These changes aim to help price-sensitive shoppers make quicker purchasing decisions.

Key Updates:

  • Large “Add” Button: A new, prominent button now appears directly on the product image. This feature is likely targeted at repeat customers who shop based on price, though it may obstruct important visual details.

  • New Red Deal Box Format: The red deal box now displays the message, “You pay $xx.xx” instead of just showing a discount. This clearly communicates the final price after applying any coupons.

  • Designed for Quick Purchases: These elements are optimized to facilitate rapid shopping, especially during sales events for well-known everyday products.

  • Potential Impact on Visual-First Products: Sellers should review their main images to ensure that key product features remain visible despite the user interface overlays.

These updates reflect Amazon's commitment to simplifying the buying experience during high-traffic sales events. Keep an eye on how your listings appear, and consider adjusting your imagery or pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

📦 Amazon Revamps Inventory Management: 4 Key Changes for Sellers

Amazon has updated the “Manage All Inventory” section, giving sellers better visibility and control over listings, pricing, and offer status to streamline workflows and improve access to listing actions.

Key Updates:

  • New Filtered Views: Easily access tasks such as activating listings, optimizing listings, completing drafts, and reviewing restrictions.

  • Updated Navigation: The shortcuts previously located at the top of the page have been moved to the FBA Dashboard.

  • Pricing Error Visibility: View deactivated offers (caused by pricing errors) alongside Featured Offer pricing suggestions. This section includes search, filter, and one-click fix options.

  • One-Click Pricing Changes: Match actions can now be applied to main, business, and sale prices. However, a warning will still appear if these changes would violate your minimum pricing threshold.

These updates streamline inventory management, help avoid listing errors, and enable quicker responses to pricing issues. However, they demand increased diligence, particularly with one-click pricing tools across various price types. Familiarize yourself with the new layout, review pricing safeguards, and adjust workflows to stay proactive.

🚛 Amazon Vendor Central Update: New “In Full Delivery” Chargebacks

Amazon is launching a new chargeback policy for vendors in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico under "In Full Delivery," effective July 21, 2025. This update combines the "Not Filled," "Overages," and "Down Confirmed" chargebacks into one rule to streamline compliance and enhance PO accuracy.

Key Updates:

  • Three chargebacks become one: Not Filled, Overages, and Down Confirmed will now fall under a single “In Full Delivery” chargeback.

  • New Compliance Standards:

    1. Ship only the exact number of units ordered.

    2. Fill at least 95% of confirmed PO units.

    3. Avoid changing PO confirmations more than five business days after the hand-off.

  • Grace Period: From June 9 to July 20, chargebacks will be visible but not invoiced for adjustments.

Please coordinate with your operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure compliance and avoid penalties before enforcement begins on July 21. Taking proactive steps will help maintain smooth vendor performance.

📈 Best Deals Just Got Better: More Days, More Strategy, More Reach

Amazon has updated its Best Deals program, providing sellers with increased flexibility in promotions. Deals can now be scheduled for 1 to 14 days, allowing for both short-term and longer marketing strategies.

Key Updates:

  • Flexible Durations: Sellers can run deals for any length between 1 and 14 days.

  • New “Audience” Feature: This allows for potential targeting of specific shopper segments based on behavior.

  • Increased Deal Fees: Although fees have risen, the added flexibility aids in aligning promotions with inventory and seasonal events.

This update allows sellers to manage deals more strategically, potentially improving their return on investment despite the increased costs.
